| The principal Native Discovery organizations from the three partner reservations are Four Bands Community Fund on the Cheyenne River Reservation, the Pine Ridge Area Chamber of Commerce on the Pine Ridge Reservation, and Sicangu Fund on the Rosebud Reservation. Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village located in the community of Mitchell is also a key partner. Other partner organizations and businesses collaborating on projects to encourage culturally based tourism include South Dakota State Tourism, South Dakota Arts Council, The Heritage Center at Red Cloud Indian School, Great American Tours, and Alliance for Tribal Tourism. |
Four Bands Community Fund is a nonprofit organization that assists entrepreneurs of the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation with training, business incubation, and access to capital, encouraging economic development and enhancing the quality of life for all communities and residents of the Reservation. Four Bands assists Native artists and tourism businesses to expand their capacity and attract new customers.

The Pine Ridge Area Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization that has 125 members. The Chamber's mission is to create, sustain, and enhance Indian-owned businesses, therefore improving the quality of life on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. A number of the Chamber members are involved with Native art and tourism.

Sicangu Fund is a nonprofit organization established to provide technical assistance and loan funds to support entrepreneurship and small business development on the Rosebud Indian Reservation-promoting economic prosperity and an improved quality of life for people who are economically disadvantaged and unable to access traditional financial services. Sicangu Fund will be involved in efforts to encourage tourism on the Reservation.

Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village is an off-reservation nonprofit organization located in Mitchell, South Dakota. It was established to operate, restore, and preserve a site inhabited by Native people considered ancestral to the Mandan culture approximately 1,000 years ago. The site is on the National Historic Register and is a National Historic Landmark. The Indian Village operates a gift shop with arts and crafts produced by South Dakota Native Americans.
